Organic Lychee Flavor Oil for Chocolate offers a unique and delicate sweetness that complements the rich taste of chocolate. This versatile oil is suitable for use with dark, milk, or white chocolate coatings, providing a subtle yet distinct lychee flavor. For optimal flavor distribution, it is recommended to blend a small amount of this organic flavor oil with 76-degree coconut oil. A suggested starting point is approximately one-quarter teaspoon of flavor per pound of chocolate. If the flavor is too pronounced, simply reduce the amount by half. The goal is to achieve a clean finish that leaves a lingering desire for more, without overpowering the chocolate's natural intensity. This flavor oil is also stable at room temperature for weeks and freezes well, making it an excellent choice for baking in cookies, cakes, and bread, as well as for use in icings and oil-based coatings. Additionally, it can be incorporated into sauces and dressings and emulsified to become water-soluble. With minimal usage levels, it contributes little to no nutritional value.

International shipments, and orders being delivered to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS. We reiterate that for all commercial accounts we do require a 10 business days processing time.
