What is natural flavor?

A natural flavor is extracted from plant, vegetable, or fruit sources and contains no artificial or synthetic components.

Are any of your products artificial?

Nope! All of our products are natural and derived from plant and vegetable extracts.

Are your products certified organic?

We maintain an extensive portfolio of certified organic products. Our organic formulations are certified by Organic Certifiers (www.OrganicCertifiers.com), with all organic products clearly identified in our specifications and documentation.

How do I know that your ingredients are actually natural and organic?

Our quality control operations are managed by certified microbiologists and chemists utilizing state-of-the-art analytical methods including GCMS, MS, and HPLC to perform detailed chemical analysis of raw materials and finished goods throughout our supply chain.

Which type of flavoring should I use?

Selecting the appropriate flavoring format depends on your specific application requirements. Please use our guidelines to find more information.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Please contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All commercial accounts require 10 business days of processing time. This includes all orders that are $200 and above. Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Please see more shipping & delivery information here.
