Designed for the discerning chocolatier, this organic cappuccino flavor oil is an exceptional addition to chocolate coatings. Whether working with dark, milk, or white chocolate, this flavor oil integrates seamlessly to enhance the overall taste profile. For optimal flavor distribution, it is advisable to mix a small amount of the flavor oil with 76-degree coconut oil. A recommended starting point is approximately one-quarter teaspoon of flavor per pound of chocolate. If the flavor intensity is too pronounced, simply reduce the amount by half. Ideally, the flavor should dissipate three to five seconds after consumption, leaving a clean finish and a desire for more. Achieving the perfect balance requires practice, as chocolate's inherent intensity can easily overshadow added flavors. This flavor oil is characterized by its sweet yet delicate notes, making it suitable for baking in cookies, cakes, and bread. It remains stable at room temperature for weeks and freezes well, making it versatile for various culinary applications. Additionally, it can be incorporated into icings, oil-based coatings, sauces, and dressings, and can be emulsified for water solubility.
