Suitable for dark, milk, or white chocolate, this flavor oil is best utilized by blending a small amount with 76-degree coconut oil to ensure even distribution. A recommended starting point is one quarter teaspoon per pound of chocolate, adjusting as needed to achieve the desired intensity. The goal is a fleeting vanilla note that enhances the chocolate without overpowering it, leaving a clean finish that invites another taste. This delicate balance is key, as chocolate's inherent richness can easily overshadow added flavors. The oil's sweet, delicate profile also makes it an excellent choice for baking applications, such as cookies, cakes, and bread, and it remains stable at room temperature for weeks, with excellent freezing properties. Newport Flavors and Fragrances makes every effort to process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to inventory shortages or increased order volume. Please note that our processing time is typically lengthier because each product is made to order, meaning you get the freshest product possible. When estimating your order's arrival date, please be sure to include the additional transit time it will take for your product to arrive once we ship it. We use UPS for most domestic shipping. International shipments, and orders being delivered to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS. We reiterate that for all commercial accounts we do require a 10 business days processing time. The reason commercial accounts experience a longer processing time is because the order processes for business accounts requires a much more detailed set of procedures.
