Specially designed for oil-soluble chocolate applications, Newport Flavors' Brandy Flavor Oil offers a unique addition to pure chocolate or cocoa bases. This flavor oil seamlessly integrates with dark, milk, or white chocolate coatings, ensuring a consistent and harmonious blend. For optimal flavor distribution, it is advisable to mix a small amount of the flavor oil with 76-degree coconut oil. A recommended starting point is approximately one-quarter teaspoon of flavor per pound of chocolate. If the flavor intensity is too pronounced, reducing the amount by half is suggested. Ideally, the flavor should dissipate three to five seconds after consumption, leaving a clean finish and a desire for more. Achieving the perfect balance requires practice, as chocolate's inherent intensity can easily overshadow added flavors. This flavor oil is not only suitable for chocolate but also excels in baking applications such as cookies, cakes, and bread. It remains stable at room temperature for weeks and freezes well, making it versatile for various culinary creations. Additionally, it can be incorporated into icings, oil-based coatings, sauces, and dressings, and can be emulsified for water solubility. With minimal usage levels, it contributes little to no nutritional value.

Newport Flavors and Fragrances makes every effort to process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to inventory shortages or increased order volume. Please note that our processing time is typically lengthier because each product is made to order, meaning you get the freshest product possible. When estimating your order's arrival date, please be sure to include the additional transit time it will take for your product to arrive once we ship it. We use UPS for most domestic shipping. International shipments, and orders being delivered to P.O. Boxes are shipped USPS. We reiterate that for all commercial accounts we do require a 10 business days processing time. The reason commercial accounts experience a longer processing time is because the order processes for business accounts requires a much more detailed set of procedures.
